[size=18]The Ministry of Agriculture confirmed today, Monday, that its next plan is to be self-sufficient in fruit and olive crops.


A statement by the ministry stated that "the Minister of Agriculture, [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/828137069/%D8%B5%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%86%D9%8A/ar/]Saleh Al-Hassani,[/url] stressed the necessity of continuing efforts to multiply the varieties of fruits and olives, with a view to achieving them to distinct and qualitative production." He added that "the time has come to go strongly to complete what we have started regarding the multiplication of fruit varieties and types of olives and to generalize this in the horticulture department stations by producing the necessary seedlings and multiplication and encourage farmers to establish and rehabilitate new orchards with large areas especially after applying the law of protecting the local product in order to reach self-sufficiency ".
