[rtl]Baghdad / Nina / The Investigation Department at the Federal Integrity Commission announced that it had carried out two separate operations to control permits and transactions that did not meet the legal fees imposed on them in the Umm Qasr Umm Qasr Central Directorate and the Umm Qasr North Port, indicating that the two operations resulted in the arrest of a number of defendants, including An official in the Directorate of Environment.
And the department explained, "The staffs of the Basra Investigation Directorate moved to Umm Umm Qasr al-Awsat and were able to seize the official affairs matters because he disbursed a Syrian permit book to a loyal person in violation of the law, where he was seized in possession of the Savior (25) permits without paying legal fees to them."
She added: "During the operation, (250) permits were seized, and the fees imposed on them were not met, as well as other permits that were hidden behind the cloning caravans."
The department explained that the directorate's staffs managed, with a separate operation in the northern port of Umm Qasr, to arrest three detainees in possession of transactions while carrying out their procedures without formal authorization.
It indicated that fundamental arrest records were seized with the seizures in the two operations carried out on the basis of two judicial arrest warrants, and presented them, together with the defendants, to the investigating court judge specializing in integrity issues in Basra, who decided to arrest them pending investigation. / End 9[/rtl]
