The deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Fadel Al-Fatlawi, confirmed, Saturday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government insists on not handing over any financial dues to the federal government from oil exports and border crossings.
Al-Fatlawi said in a statement to "the information", that "the federal government handed over the region more than one trillion Iraqi dinars during the past months without receiving any money from the border outlets and oil exports," noting that "handing over these funds to the region is a violation of the entitlement of the people of the center and the south." .
He added that "the regional government has not received Baghdad any money since 2019 until today, and this indicates the government's lack of seriousness in dealing with the Erbil government," indicating that "the region is determined not to hand over the federal government any financial dues from oil exports and border crossings."
The federal government had delivered the region earlier, one trillion and 277 million Iraqi dinars without receiving any money from oil exports and border crossings. 25 T.
