Sheikh Al-Karbalai said during his meeting with a delegation from the Human Resources Development Department at the Hussaini Shrine, "There is importance to create quantitative and qualitative leaderships, in a rapid manner commensurate with the increasing needs of the threshold and the accelerated rise that we are witnessing."
He stressed the need to "explore, refine and develop the capabilities of young people," stressing "the importance of some of them facing responsibility because of the effectiveness, activity, ambition and vitality they enjoy."
The delegation included the Human Resources Development Department represented by Dr. Talal Al-Kamali (the supervisor of the department), the department's management, in addition to the participants who qualified for the last phase of the Men Bank program (the third batch).
And Sheikh Al-Karbalai expressed his admiration for this program and its importance, as he indicated that "the elements and components of the success of making the personality of the leader depend on the Islamic vision in addition to the development vision based on the juice of human thought."
