    for his part , the head of the Iraqi youth from the province of Kirkuk movement delegation, Qahtan al -Jubouri said in an interview with the (long - Presse), " the recommendations of the conference expressed theaspirations of the Iraqi youth in various affiliations and orientations." 
    promised al - Jubouri, that " the next provincial election will be a test for young people to say the word Chapter and prove their existence and to obtain their entitlement to be part of the state administration system, "calling for" the reduction of electoral age to 28 years to enable young people from standing in it . " in 
    turn , head of the Iraqi youth movement delegation said of the province of Diwaniyah Osama Nomani, in aninterview to the (long - Presse ), " The youth of Diwaniyah have been subjected to injustice and oppression ,like other young people of Iraq due to sectarian and political quotas and affiliation of the majority of theparties present and the political blocs , " attributing it to " the lack of financial support for young people by thegovernment 
     to be independent." 
    He called Nomani, to the "formation of a special youth - partisan blocks only to participate in the parliament and provincial councils, and the nomination to head the government, "returned to the" non - defective to be Iraq , the governor of the first of the young. "
