    {Local: Al Furat News} The Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Saturday, the existence of legal violations that accompanied the rehabilitation and paving of streets at a cost of more than (3,000,000,000) billion dinars in Kirkuk governorate.
    The investigations department of the commission stated, according to a statement, which {Euphrates News} received a copy of, that "the monitoring and follow-up work carried out by the commission's investigation office team in Kirkuk, which moved to the governorate office - accounts department, led to the control of the priorities of the project for rehabilitation, tiling and development of streets. In the residential neighborhoods within the third sector - Al-Orouba area, the cost of which is (3,393,360,000) billion dinars, and the implementation period of which reaches (290) days, and the detection of legal violations in the implementation of the project.
    The department added that "those violations in the project, which were referred by a direct invitation, were represented by the contractor implementing large parts of it in violation of the technical specifications, and selling the "subcontracting" to another person, as well as stopping work on the project, indicating the Kirkuk filtration laboratory; Three experts, in order to conduct the on-site inspection and the necessary laboratory tests on the executed works.
    She explained that "a fundamentalist seizure report was organized in the operation, which was carried out in accordance with a judicial note, and presented it, with the first ones, to the judge of the Kirkuk Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, for the purpose of taking appropriate legal measures."
