The Minister of Oil said in a statement on the sidelines of his participation in the International Petroleum Technology Conference IPTC held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, that "it is in the interest of the OPEC Plus group to work on a continuous and sustainable agreement that preserves balance in the global energy market, and that any change in the group's agreement may casts a shadow over this market.
