    [size=45] The Administrative Undersecretary of the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, Dr. Karim Al-Nouri, participated in the conference held in Erbil Governorate in Kurdistan entitled (The Role of Religious Leaders in Promoting Community Peace and the Return and Integration of Displaced Persons in Diyala Governorate) to try to end the displacement file and that the return of the displaced is voluntary and provides a decent life and there is no return for the displaced under duress and coercion.[/size]
    [size=45] Al-Nouri said in his speech during the conference that “our visit today to Erbil governorate came to highlight the role of religious leaders and religious scholars in societal cohesion, reconciliation, the return of the displaced and their reintegration, and to be a source of inspiration for others to practice common human values ​​in public life, such as mercy, justice, forgiveness, righteousness and charity.” Noting that "religious leaders must take their role by educating society, contributing to ending conflicts, combating sectarianism and intolerance, promoting the values ​​of good citizenship, and confronting the threat of genocide and hate crimes."[/size]
