[size=45] An agreement was signed in Baghdad on Tuesday for joint cooperation between the Martyr Foundation and the Affairs of the Victims of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Martyrs Foundation in Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]The agreement was signed by the head of the Foundation for the Martyr and Iranian Martyrs Affairs, Amir Hossein Qazi Zadeh Hashemi, and the head of the Martyrs Foundation in Iraq, Abdulelah Al-Naeli.[/size]
[size=45]According to this agreement, a joint economic and industrial infrastructure will be established between the two institutions, as well as the opening of a branch of the Iranian “Shahid” University in Iraq, in addition to an agreement to form a joint working group to follow up on the various provisions of the agreement.[/size]
[size=45]The agreement includes in its terms; Organizing visiting trips to the holy shrines by the families of the martyrs, the sacrificed, and the disabled in the two countries, and the inauguration of joint factories for food and industrial products, so that their proceeds are used directly in the path of supporting families covered by the auspices of the Iranian and Iraqi Martyrs Foundations.[/size]
[size=45]It was agreed to accept university students from the families of the Iraqi martyrs at Shahid University and other Iranian universities, as well as to exchange university professors and benefit from their experiences in Iraqi and Iranian universities.[/size]
[size=45]The Iraqi side submitted a request from Iran to build residential neighborhoods for the Martyrs Foundation in Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]The head of the Iranian Martyr and Martyr's Affairs Foundation, Amir Hossein Qazizadeh Hashemi, arrived in Baghdad on Monday evening on an official visit at the invitation of his Iraqi counterpart.[/size]
[size=45]During this 4-day visit, Qazizadeh Hashemi is scheduled to meet with the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of Parliament, and the Head of the Supreme Judicial Authority in Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]Upon his arrival in Baghdad, the head of the Foundation for Martyr and Martyr Affairs visited the place of martyrdom of Hajj Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and stressed the need for full follow-up to the file of the assassination of these two martyr leaders and the need to punish those involved in their assassination.[/size]
[size=45]In a statement to reporters, he said that he will meet with senior Iraqi officials and will discuss during the visit the development of cooperation with the Iraqi Martyrs Foundation in the health, medical, educational and economic fields, as well as the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two sides.[/size]
