    The representative of the State of Law coalition Aref Al-Hamami confirmed, on Saturday, that the majority of contracts for companies operating in the central and southern governorates belong to Kurdish parties or are covered by the names of foreign nationalities, pointing out that the work of these companies is still lagging and the percentages of completion are low and they have been suspended from work according to Decision No. (347) notorious, which halted work on lagging projects, as it provided them with legal protection.
    Al-Hamami said in a statement to / the information /, that “the lack of progress in the central and southern governorates is due to the granting of some projects to Kurdish companies or foreign companies that have large shares to Kurdish officials,” noting that “the referral of these contracts is intended in order to maintain the state of instability in those governorates for internal accounts.” and externally, and to keep those provinces in their poor service condition.”
    He added that "most of the projects that were referred to these companies did not complete their work, and the rate of delay in them is very large, and some of them reach 5% of the completion, especially related to infrastructure projects such as schools, hospitals, housing sector, roads and bridges."
    Al-Hamami pointed out that “these companies were protected and kept away from legal accountability by issuing Resolution No. (347), which stopped these projects without an account,” noting that “most of these companies belong to party officials from outside the central and southern governorates, but they hide behind a legal cover.” under the name of foreign companies.
    And the representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Muhammad Al-Baldawi, revealed in a previous statement to “The Information” about the names of the corrupt Kurdish companies operating in the central and southern governorates in various economic sectors, which deliberately delay the completion of projects for political purposes and foreign agendas to impose a state of instability, indicating that these companies are affiliated to Massoud Barzani and Kurdish officials. finished/25pm
