Earth News/ A member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mahmoud Khoshnaw, called today, Saturday, for the Sadrist movement to return to rationality in dealing with constitutional texts in accordance with political balances.
Khoshnaw told Earth News, "There are those who are trying to impose a will or political arms on me, related to how to reach the election of the President of the Republic," noting that "this is a wrong thing that does not affect Iraq."
He added, "We, as a Kurdistan National Union, are in agreement with other political forces in the coordination framework, independent representatives and other political forces such as the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the Islamic Union, and the radiance of Kanon."
Khoshnaw continued, "We hope that the election of the president will not be in this way, because this is in a hurry and has no interest and nothing is achieved in the hasty matter. Therefore, there must be a new political alignment that adapts to the constitutional texts and also with the reality of the political components in Iraq as well as the constitutional balances."
Khoshnaw continued, "Therefore, we call on the Sadrist movement to return to rationality and wisdom in dealing with constitutional texts in accordance with political balances."
