Earth News/ The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, called today, Saturday, to unite the word in order to build Iraq.
Saleh said in a tweet on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, seen by Earth News, that "on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam al-Sadr, we remember with pride the honorable stances for which he was martyred, and we recall his last eloquent words and what we need today."
Saleh added, "Let your words unite in order to build a free and dignified Iraq, in which citizens of different nationalities and sects feel that they are brothers, all contributing to the leadership of their country and the building of their homeland."
