Sources in the National Alliance, the Kurdistan leader Massoud Barzani told the Kurdish coalition that they prefer coming of a new prime minister from outside the Dawa Party, and that their participation in the new ministry formed by the party for the third time in nine years is not their favorite thing. The same sources said that the Kurds raised the ceiling of their demands on the eve of the formation of the new government, and that their demands are now focused on increasing the proportion of the overall budget in the state allocated to them and to recognize the de facto who grew up in the disputed areas and the adoption of the legitimacy of the Kurds in control and annexation of the region ... also included demands prior approval of the Government The new oil contracts concluded by the region with countries and companies in the world and allow the province to continue the production and export of unhindered She explained the sources that the Kurds may prefer this time to get the oil ministry or financial, rather than foreign, noting that the negotiations between the National Alliance and the Kurdish parties will not be easy, but do not will be the toughest of the coalition negotiations with the national list and the Union of the national forces and Arab List.
