Shafaq News / A source close to Al-Hanana, the residence of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, revealed today, Saturday, that no orders were issued to take out popular demonstrations, and while he indicated that the demonstrations and disobedience is not a "difficult" matter for the Sadrists, and they will come out in the millions as soon as Al-Sadr's request, he confirmed that The leader of the Sadrist movement is watching the Iraqi scene "closely".
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "No orders were issued to hold popular demonstrations, and what some are promoting is an attempt to mix cards and provoke the other.
The source added that "the Sadrist movement, with all its popular or official bases, adheres to the directives of (Al-Sadr) literally and does not strive on its own to implement any activity, whether organizing a demonstration or declaring disobedience or anything else that expresses the rejection of the deteriorating reality in all fields."
The source explained that "people's demonstrations to reject corruption and its leaders cannot be launched randomly, and it is not a difficult matter. If the leader of the current Muqtada al-Sadr issues an order, even if it is brief, millions of his followers will obey it and implement it without coercion."
And the source indicated that "so far, no directives have been issued to that," noting that "Al-Sadr is in Al-Hanana and is closely monitoring the developments of the Iraqi scene."
Yesterday, Friday, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, who is known as "Minister of al-Sadr", gave ten new reasons for the withdrawal of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr from the political process, while the coordinating framework vowed to say, "Tomorrow will see it soon."
