    The Federal Supreme Court has set today, Thursday, the twenty-fourth of this month, the date for the first session to consider the case numbered (223 / Federal / 2022) filed by MP (Alia Nassif Jassem) regarding the unconstitutionality of appointing (Nasser Hussein Bandar) as a minister For transfer in the caretaker government.


    In a statement received by Alsumaria News, the court said, "The twenty-fourth of this month has been set as the date for the first session to consider the case numbered (223/Federal/2022) filed by MP (Alia Nassif Jassim) regarding the unconstitutionality of appointing ([url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/22977200/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B5%D8%B1 %D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%8A%D9%86 %D8%A8%D9%86%D8%AF%D8%B1/ar/]Nasser Hussein Bandar[/url]) as a minister. For transfer in the caretaker government because he does not have a university degree or its equivalent, and it is mentioned that Nassif has filed the case based on the text of Article (49/first) of the Iraqi constitution as a representative of the people and to correct the constitutional breach for the public interest.





     
    On a related level, the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau, in its book No. (10/40/1/22194) on 10/10/2022, stated that the procedures for the Minister of Transport ([url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/22977200/%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B5%D8%B1 %D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%8A%D9%86 %D8%A8%D9%86%D8%AF%D8%B1/ar/]Nasser Hussein Bandar[/url]) granting himself a university degree were incorrect, and that the above book came as an answer to The content of previous communications between the deputy and the Court regarding the matter, and Nassif earlier referred the entire file to the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/379651470/%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%86%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D8%B2%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Federal Integrity Commission[/url] and the Public Prosecution, due to the existence of constitutional and legal violations and a great waste of public money.
