, Thursday, the Federal Court adjourned its session in the cases of dissolving Parliament, and set next Wednesday as the date for issuing the decision.
Yesterday, Wednesday, the Federal Court decided to postpone consideration of the case for dissolving the House of Representatives until Thursday.
It is noteworthy that the Secretary-General of the Sadrist bloc, Nassar al-Rubaie, filed a lawsuit against the President of the Republic, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to rule to dissolve the House of Representatives for its fifth session, and to oblige the President of the Republic to set a date for holding legislative elections in accordance with the provisions of Article 64/second of the Constitution.
