The Minister of Commerce announces the launch of the electronic platform services project

Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Commerce, Atheer Daoud Al-Ghurairy, announced the launch of the electronic platform services project in the Companies Registration Department and linking it with the Ur portal.
The Director General of the Department, Mujahid Muhammad Al-Aifan, stated in a statement, "Based on the Prime Minister's directives for electronic transformation and the simplification and automation of procedures in government institutions, and in cooperation with the National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the electronic platform services were launched and implemented in this department with an announcement from the Minister." Trading".
Al-Aifan added, "This platform is one of the most important programs in managing electronic documents, which contributed greatly to linking all ministries with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, as this platform works to speed up the completion of transactions in government institutions and eliminate bureaucracy, administrative and financial corruption, and forgery of documents."
He continued, "This beginning of transformation is a step forward towards further digital transformation and in line with the national strategic goals, as this ministry strives to provide the best services to citizens and facilitate the procedures followed in their completion by providing more transparent and effective services."
He pointed out that "this department is continuing to complete the procedures for 51 additional services provided by this department to be included in the electronic window program, in coordination with the Information Technology Department at the Ministry's center and the official of the server division," noting that "any person can follow the instructions to enter the platform Ur portal and applying through it for a range of services such as attesting the company's documents, releasing the deposit, studying and merging the final accounts, or submitting requests to support the continuity of the company's work.
He noted that "to benefit from the electronic services, you must log in to the site, fill out the electronic form shown, and upload the required files, after which a barcode will appear for the purpose of printing, which will be attached later with the fees," adding that "in the event of completing the application procedures, a message will reach the auditor with an electronic link Through it, it is possible to follow the stages of completion of the transaction.
