Politicians refuse to question the decisions of the Federal Court

Politicians called on all political blocs to sit at the dialogue table, remove political concerns, and solve problems in a way that resolves crises, especially between the center and the region, refusing at the same time to question the professionalism and impartiality of the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court.
The head of the Parliamentary "Rights" bloc, Saud Al-Saadi, said in an interview with "Al-Sabah": "The Federal Supreme Court's decision to cancel the transfer of funds to the Kurdistan region was an objective professional decision based on highlights and evidence, which was followed by reaching a professional decision away from calculations or concerns." Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to it and respect the logic of the judiciary and the law, which is the main pillar on which the Iraqi state relies.
He stressed that "questioning the decisions of the Federal Court is unacceptable, and it is not permissible to make accusations arbitrarily, and we must resort to the dialogue table and solve political problems, if any, which is the best way instead of launching media and political campaigns and insulting the pillar of the Iraqi state represented by the judicial authority."
And he indicated that “the state is concerned with providing employees’ salaries and also with holding the authorities in the region accountable by sending the real and actual tables of their numbers and allowing government, parliamentary and concerned committees.”
