Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Education announced new details about the "electronic school," while indicating that it targets about 300,000 students and the completed stages as a first step.
Ministry spokesman Karim Al-Sayed told (Baghdad Today) that "the (government e-school) project aims to keep up, and it is an investment for the e-learning experience, which succeeded," noting that "this school is the first of its kind in Iraq, and there will be details It will be announced later regarding registration, education mechanisms, lessons, exams, and times.
Al-Sayed explained that "the (government electronic school) project will target the segment, which needs distance education and seeks educational materials outside the classical frameworks, especially since the Ministry of Education seeks to diversify education and integrate all tools, whether modern or digital."
He added, "This project will be implemented during the coming period, and the launch of this school will be during the month of July," expressing his "hope that it will achieve the goals set for it."
He pointed out that "the school will target, as an initial plan, about (300) thousand students and the completed stages mainly, who need strengthening," noting that "this matter blocks the way for many issues that involve financial pressure on students."
