Parliamentary anger over making the projects in the hands of the ministries instead of the provinces

Representative Ali Al-Mashkoor threatened today, Saturday, to "not be silent" about making the projects in the custody of the ministries and not the provinces, considering that it would be "a story of failure and injustice."
Al-Mashkoor told (Baghdad Today) that "80% of the financial allocations for projects were given to the ministries, and 20% were suspended to the governorates," considering that "this is injustice and unfairness on the part of the government, because the ministerial projects witnessed great delay, and this matter must be reconsidered."
Al-Mashkoor added, "Parliament representatives informed the Parliamentary Finance Committee of their rejection of this matter, and requested the transfer of allocations from the ministries to the governorates, as they know the urgent need for projects."
