The head of the Border Crossings Authority, Omar Al-Waeli, announced today, Wednesday, that 16 percent of the visitors to the country left through the land and air ports.
Al-Waeli said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency, followed by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "16 percent of the visitors coming to the country left through the land and air ports."
And the Ministry of the Interior announced that more than two million expatriates entered the country to perform the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), through land ports and airports, noting that the process of transporting visitors is going well except for some traffic accidents as a result of excessive speed.
