The General Company for Construction Materials Trading has begun selling construction, electrical, sanitary and rebar materials in convenient installments without interest.
The director of the company affiliated with the Ministry, Mujahid Muhammad Shafi Al-Aifan, told Al-Sabah: The sale is carried out at fixed and competitive prices and without interest, pointing out that the materials have obtained a laboratory examination certificate from the Ministry of Planning and the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control because they are within international standard specifications. He explained that the sale is available to employees, the families of the martyrs, the wounded, those with special needs, retirees, and those covered by social welfare salaries, who hold MasterCard and nationalized KeyCard, and whose salaries are paid in government and private banks, on the condition that the employee brings a letter issued by his department proving his continuity in work, the amount of salary, and that he does not collect a loan from any party, stressing that At the same time, the Ministry is preparing during the next few months to supply the local markets with more than 16 construction materials with international specifications and competitive prices to support reconstruction and building operations in the country.
