She added that she “would like to clarify to public opinion the facts and circumstances of the case as follows:
1- The Iraqi Airways Company had previously concluded a general agency contract for civil aviation flight services for a period of three years with the company ( Horse) in Egypt on 1/30/2001 during the period of rule of the former regime.
2- Based on Egyptian company registration documents, it has been proven that the company did not exist at the time of signing the contract, but rather was established and granted a license to carry out its work after the date of signing the contract.
3- Due to the company’s failure to implement the terms of the contract, the Iraqi Airways Company notified the Egyptian company of terminating the agency starting on 2/1/2005 in accordance with the signed contract.
