    The imam and preacher of Friday prayers in Sadr City in the capital, Baghdad, Nasser al-Saadi, said that the call of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, “blocked the way for any personality from the movement who wanted to participate in the local elections in any form of candidacy, promotion, education, or other.” .[/size]
