    Iraq ranked fourth in the Arab world in the real estate market out of 14 countries during the current year 2024, in data revealed by the German company Statista, which specializes in market and consumer data. 
    According to the data; Saudi Arabia ranked first in the Arab world with an expected value for the current year of $2.100 billion, a growth of 2%, followed by Morocco second, with an expected value of $1.630 billion, a growth of 4%.
    She added that Egypt came third in the Arab real estate market with an expected value for the current year of 1.450 billion dollars, and Iraq came fourth with an expected value of 1.120 billion dollars, with a growth of 6%.
    It showed that Oman and Bahrain were at the bottom of the table in the Arab real estate market with $325 million, an expected growth of 4%, and $85 million, an expected growth of 4%, respectively.
