    The region's oil exports through the Turkish port of Ceyhan are still halted, despite the passage of nearly a year, after the lawsuit that Iraq won in the Paris court against Turkey, which obliges Ankara to pay compensation to Baghdad, causing Iraq to incur huge losses amounting to more than ten billion dollars.
