    Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani stressed, on Monday, the importance of the participation of Azerbaijani companies in construction and reconstruction inside Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a statement, “Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received, this evening, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mikael Japarov, and his accompanying delegation.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement added, “During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries were reviewed, and ways to enhance them in various economic, commercial and cultural fields and sectors.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Sudani stated, according to the statement, that “the mutual visits of officials of the two countries confirm the desire of Iraq and Azerbaijan to develop bilateral relations, pointing to “the many commonalities between the two countries, which would help advance more opportunities for fruitful cooperation.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Sudani stressed, “Iraq’s aspiration for Azerbaijani companies to participate in construction and reconstruction projects, especially in the field of energy, and to enhance private sector cooperation in the two countries,” pointing to “the important investment opportunities in the oil industries sector in Iraq, and strategic development path projects, which would contribute to achieving the interests of both countries and enhance stability in the region.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement continued, “The guest minister conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to the Prime Minister, and extended an official invitation to visit Azerbaijan.” In order to discuss many common files, he also stressed his country’s desire to strengthen cooperation relations, its readiness to increase trade exchange with Iraq, and the continuation of bilateral coordination through the joint Iraqi-Azerbaijani committee. Ended 25 n[/size]
