    Economy News - Baghdad
    [rtl]Today, Friday, the Parliamentary Services Committee advised the government to issue deterrent decisions to prevent trespassing on public property and implement them in order to protect public property, stressing that slums are one of the reasons for the loss of electricity.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Committee member Baqir Al-Saadi said in an interview followed by Al-Iqtisad News, “The campaign to remove violations is very important to prevent the random exploitation of public lands and the exploitation of services without legal rights.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Saadi added, “One of the reasons for the loss of water, electricity, and services is slums and abuses, the rate of which exceeds 35% of the total electricity produced.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]He explained, "During the coming periods, there will be continuous campaigns by the Baghdad Municipality and the concerned authorities in order to remove violations and violations in the streets and visual distortions."[/rtl]
