    Postponed the Cabinet in its meeting on Wednesday to vote on its rules of procedure and decided to vote on it in a maximum period of two weeks. The Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on rules of procedure and involves identifying the functions of the Prime Minister and his deputies to be expanded. A statement by the Prime Minister's Office that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi presided over Wednesday's eighth session of the Council of Ministers, where he discussed the support of the popular crowd and crime issues terror committed by the organization Daash against our clan Albonmr, as well as discuss the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers and the points raised on the agenda Law ". The statement added that "the Prime Minister during the meeting gave a briefing on his visit to Iran, Jordan, the most important files that have been discussed with the officials of the two countries, stressing the need to solve the problems with all the neighboring countries."  Abadi said on "send relief materials to the area and turbine Albonmr clans, stressing the need to prosecute criminals and to avenge the martyrs Albonmr clan." The Prime Minister also stressed that "the volunteers in the popular crowd defending Iraq and we must work to make ends meet and pay their salaries." The statement pointed out that "the Council of Ministers decided to continue the discussion on the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers, and the vote on the law in a maximum period of two weeks."
    The Minister of Science and Technology Knight Jajo said that "the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers will be presented for a vote at Wednesday's session consists of 41 items," noting that "among the most important materials in which to be a vote on the strategic issues concerning the economy and sovereignty and the military, and passed by three-fifths of the members of the Board Minister ". 
    And the powers of the Prime Minister, the minister said, "we can say that the prime minister under the rules of procedure have become powers institutional professional more than an individual based on the items and points shall be binding on them and not on an individual basis" and pointed Jajo that "the rules of procedure which increase the powers of the Vice Prime Minister," noting to "the presence of other materials pertaining to administrative and procedural hearings."
