    Today, Thursday, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, decided to reduce 50 percent of the fees for those accepted within the rotation of vacant seats in postgraduate studies in admission channels to private expense.
    A statement by the Ministry of Education, received by "Al-Eqtisad News", stated that "based on the legal powers granted, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, approved a 50 percent reduction in tuition fees for accepted students according to the special treatments for rotating applicants to vacant seats in admission channels to private expense."
    He added, "The decision includes reducing fees over the years of study, to enable students to continue their journey and complete the requirements of scientific research and global publishing."
