Rehabilitation of electrical networks in Diwaniyah neighborhoods

The Electricity Distribution Directorate in Diwaniyah Governorate has begun rehabilitation and maintenance work on its networks to address weaknesses, balance loads, and open new power sources in order to improve equipment and reduce malfunctions, especially in the coming winter.
The Director of Follow-up in Diwaniyah Governorate, Engineer Mahmoud Muhammad, told Al-Sabah: The work included rehabilitating and maintaining the electrical network in the center, districts, and sub-districts of Diwaniyah Governorate in order to overcome the malfunctions that the electric current is exposed to, especially with the approach of the rainy season. He pointed to the intensification of follow-up on electrical projects that are still under construction in order to complete them within the required specifications and time frames specified for them, revealing the achievement of advanced completion rates in many of these projects, including the electricity network in the neighborhoods of Al-Rasoul, Al-Furat, Al-Sadr, Al-Hussein, and the second region in the Imam Al-Sadiq neighborhood and other areas that were suffering from problems with the electric current.
