    Contract Finance Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , on Tuesday, held talks with the two agencies two international credit rating for credit assesses the economic and financial activity for Iraq during the current stage classification, while the ministry made ​​it clear that this will help the country to enter markets in the international capital and the issuance of sovereign bonds.

" 

    Zebari was announced, in the (April 30, 2015), that Iraq sought to obtain a sovereign rating and communicate with the credit rating agencies, as pointed out that it is preparing to issue bonds worth a huge five billion dollars to cover the fiscal deficit.
