MP Hakim asserts that the House of Representatives card counting national law is considered ratified by the President of the Republic

A member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Abd al-Hadi al-Hakim, the House card counting national law is considered ratified by the President of the Republic, so that after fifteen days of the lapse of the period stipulated in the Constitution.
He said the Attorney-Hakim - in a statement - the voice of the Iraqi community had received a copy of it today, was issued before that came the book House of Representatives confirmation of his - that Article 73 - III of the Constitution painted the way for the legislation of laws, including laws are considered ratified automatically after 15 days of the date of receipt of the presidency if it is ratified by the President during the period mentioned and this being the case today on the card of national law.
The MP-Hakim may trans-earlier statement - about his objection to the action taken by the President of the Republic to re-national card law sender of the House of Representatives after the vote by the majority returned procedure constitutional violation of Mr. President of the Republic a guide at the same time to the proper legal director who can conduct to paragraph objectionable.
