    Salahuddin Provincial Council welcomed th return of displaced families to the cities and counties that have been edited by the security forces and the popular crowd.
    Council member Jassem Jabbar In an interview with the "direction Press" said that a lot of families in the province had returned to Mnatguetha after its liberation from Daash gangs.
    Jabbar said that the security situation significantly contributed to the return of displaced families and are working to restore service and maintenance infrastructure to provide services.
    He added that there are elements Jassim and families are required and accused of committing murder or support Daash no return and are being sought by the security and intelligence services.
    It is said that about 70 percent of displaced families from the city of Tikrit, the center returned to inhabit areas.
    Media sources said that the returning citizens to their areas suffer from lack of electricity network services and deteriorating infrastructure and poor drinking water services.
