    Minister Karim aftan Al-jumaili, the engineer stopped the deal with
    Germany's Siemens company, and all its branches in the world, because of
    the lack of fulfilment of obligations under contracts concluded with a
    number of project sites.

    He said the spokesman of the Ministry of
    electricity-the teacher in a statement all Iraq IGN that the Minister
    issued the direction during a visit today to the Rumaila gas plant
    project in Basrah, and his meeting with representatives of the South
    Korean Hyundai company implementing project, along with the Engineering
    Department's staffing supervisor on the project.

    The Minister
    instructed by two very poor accent to Siemens of Germany for not
    honoring contractual obligations with the Ministry, and the State
    company for industrial consulting and design to the Ministry of industry
    and minerals, for non-compliance with contracts with the Ministry,
    while continuing claims and official correspondence between the Ministry
    and the company.

    The Minister urged the Korean company meeting
    to introduce the first obstetric unit early next month after being
    informed by the Executive Director of the Korean company, the first
    obstetric unit will come mid-August, said the Minister in conducting
    teacher to motivate the company to expedite the work promised to meet
    all their needs, as well as the backing of all logistics vocabulary for
    pushing the work forward.

    Meanwhile, Director General of
    Directorate of transport pledged South Ziad Ali Fadel, the completion of
    power transmission lines to the national grid station beginning next
    June.

    And the teacher, Minister Al-jumaili had telephoned during
    the meeting with oil Minister Abdul Kareem luaibi, in order to instruct
    the South oil company to give more space for the delivery of power
    transmission lines from the station to the national network, after the
    company has allocated 300 ft from the ground, the site is located
    between the station and the network, the Minister approved the granting
    of winfred a. m to extend these lines which will arrive to (16) line in
    the future.

    The Minister said Al-jumaili also contacted the
    Minister of industry Ahmad Nasser Al-karbouli, asking him to urge the
    General company for design and industrial consulting business, agreed
    with the Ministry of electricity in Rumaila gas plant project site, and
    if you do not meet this stops dealing with the company, the Minister
    promised the Minister Al-jumaili karbouli.

    Rumailah gas station
    consists of five obstetric units type Siemens German origin, King of MEW
    under contract was concluded at the end of 2008, energy per unit (292)
    megawatts and a total capacity of (1460) megawatts./ended
