Mass change: State law impedes the pass laws and Federal Court robbed the powers of parliamentarians

The
block change Kurdish deputies Wednesday, Prime Minister Nuri
al-Maliki's statement about the validity of members of Parliament with a
proposal of laws "mixing of papers", as the Federal Court had robbed
the right of members of Parliament, accused the coalition of State law
to block passage of the amnesty law and the Maliki personally inspired.
The
Deputy said the Bloc's nice Mustafa Amin in an interview for "alsumaria
news", that "the Prime Minister's statement on the validity of the
lawmakers a proposal of mixing law and contradiction with the Federal
Court's decision in this regard", stating that "Prime Minister
contradicts himself by his request to provide parliamentarians proposals
for laws on abolition of counter-terrorism legal and law of
accountability and justice".
Mustafa said that "the Federal
Court passed earlier, and question of the Prime Minister's Office about
the validity of members of Parliament with a proposal of laws and sided
with the Government 's," he said, adding that "the Federal Court denied
the right of members of Parliament".
MP called on the Kurdish
Iraqi Government change block to "assume its responsibility by sending
draft laws to Parliament enacting laws of Kiss", accused the State of
law Coalition parliamentary block "to block passage of the amnesty law
and the Maliki personally inspired."
Prime Minister Nuri
al-Maliki, on Wednesday, the Iraqi Council of representatives full
responsibility in cancellation of legal accountability, justice and the
fight against terrorism, with some political parties and personalities
"confusion" when its Government to abolish such laws, warned of
"politicizing events service for external and political agendas and
narrow sectarian".
The Amnesty Act has a mixed reaction to the State of
law coalition as Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, in 2011, as the old
"bad" and it contains many gaps, while the Sadr camp rejected fully
include both convicted on charges relating to public money or blood to
the amnesty law.
The leader of the Liberal bloc of Sadr
accused Iraq's ruler, (13 October 2012), the State of law Coalition to
"block" the adoption of the amnesty law, and while the fear of
"unjustified", refused to link the amnesty law and the law of the
infrastructure.
