    Warned Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, late on Wednesday, the destabilization of security in Baghdad and the provinces, stressing his government 's reluctance to armed appearances outside the framework of thestate at a time within the right of peaceful demonstration for all. 
    He stressed that the implementation of reforms is cooperation and not through the imposition of policy a fait accompli. 
    Ebadi said, in a speech broadcast on state television yesterday evening, "We have taken a series of measures to prosecute senior spoilers, detention and provided the necessary support for devices judiciary and theintegrity and regulatory bodies to do their part with determination and strength." 
    he added the Prime Minister said , " We look forward to the participation of popular and media in exposing thecorrupt and venal who were disbanding the interests of the people in government departments. " 
    in another context, Abadi said , " We can never allow armed appearances outside of the state and threaten the security of citizens and overtaking on the checkpoints and the passage of militants from which. " He believed that " the implementation of reforms must be done in cooperation and not through the imposition of a fait accompli and to destabilize the security of our beloved capital Baghdad and the security of the rest of the provinces." The 
    prime minister stressed that "destabilize the security of the citizen is unacceptable and will not allow it at all especially as we live well under the threats of terrorism and gangs criminal residue former regime. " 
    but Abadi reiterated" guarantee the right of peaceful demonstration on according to legal procedures and within the specified places by the security services, "he said . " We told the demonstrators from the outset we are of you and with you in the same trench and we are not in Khandeghin. " 
    He said the prime minister , " We are confident to achieve victory over terrorism and corruption , and we will succeed to go beyond the financial crisis, we have taken measures to ensure the necessary treatments to overcome them. " "We are at every turn delicate pass by our dear homeland Nthaly wisdom to its highest level.
