Basra provincial council said on Monday that the operational budget of the province need large sums of money to get the job done projects where, while noting that Basra allocated to the petrodollar amounts received during the last period.
Councilman spring Mansour In an interview with "direction Press," said that this year did not allocate any amounts within the 2016 budget despite the fact that the province need big money is not achievement of projects which, noting that he has been transferred 130 billion allocated dinars petrodollar during the last period.
He added that all projects parked in particular that is not the achievement of 80%, indicating that there are exceptions to the province about the need to pay the wages of eligible implementation of those projects.
