    [rtl]MP of the construction coalition Mansour al-Baiji, Thursday, that the budget of the country will be divided on all provinces, including the Kurdistan region equally in the budget next year in accordance with the law and the Constitution, noting that Kurdistan will take more than 12%.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Baiji said in a statement that "17% that was received by the region is not the entitlement, but a gesture of heresy was given to him in the time of the government of Iyad Allawi and not a constitutional entitlement to the region and the budgets of previous years went on this approach and the Kurdistan Regional Government are well aware that this proportion is not entitled "He said.[/rtl]

    BAGHDAD / The deputy governor of Ninawa province, Abdul Rahim al-Shammari, said Thursday that the Kurdistan region has been granted 8 trillion and 970 billion dinars of the budget of 2019, although the population is less than the city of Mosul, which was awarded 143 billion dinars.

    "The province of Kurdistan, with a population of 12 percent of the total population of Iraq and was granted 8 trillion and 970 billion dinars of the budget of 2019, while the province of Nineveh, which accounts for 11 percent of the total population of Iraq was awarded 143 billion dinars of Budget ".

    He continued, "If the comparison with the Kurdistan region in terms of budget, the result will be catastrophic and blatant," noting that "the share of Nineveh actual 7 trillion and 500 billion dinars of the state budget financial."
