    [ltr]Finland said on Wednesday it would press the European Union to reinforce efforts to curb illegal immigration by negotiating agreements with Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia.[/ltr]
    [ltr]It is scheduled to EU leaders hold a summit on Thursday to discuss the consequences of migration agreements recently concluded with five African countries are Niger, Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, Ethiopia.[/ltr]
    [ltr]In return for financial assistance Union these countries need to be tightened border restrictions and restoration of illegal immigrants.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Prime Minister of Finland Juha Sipilä The new approach pays off and it seems that the EU should conclude similar agreements with other countries with a focus on improving the return of migrants rates.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He told Reuters after speaking to parliament "There is support for this approach in general from other members (of the Union). Sotar this idea (for Iraq, Somalia and Afghanistan) at the summit."[/ltr]
    [ltr]While the numbers of immigrants that reach Greece from Turkey after Ankara's agreement with the increasing number of arrivals to Italy from Africa this year have fallen.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Italy and received 154 thousand immigrants last year is likely to be a higher number this year.[/ltr]
    [ltr]And Finland received 32,500 asylum seekers last year, mostly from Iraq.[/ltr]
