    At the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, we turn to visit India with a delegation of the brothers of the Ministers in the areas that have been agreed between us and India to be activated as a basis for the development of bilateral relations, and will be the most important areas of focus in the Agreement or the signing of memoranda of understanding or agreements Closed by the parties and the forefront of an agreement on energy affairs, and the presence of a great desire to India to invest and work in the fields of energy in the various branches of whether to build refineries or exploratory operations or contracting for some oil fields.

    Iraq welcomed the desire of India towards activating cooperation in the fields of energy, including the contract with India to supply quantities of oil that you need after Iraq has become the second largest exporter of oil to India, we will sign agreements in the fields of agriculture, is well known that India has the capabilities of agricultural good, and we care about side and development of agricultural known     ضروراته, as there will be an agreement on the establishment of chemical fertilizer plants which are used for the purposes of agriculture, petrochemical plants and refineries where India expressed its desire to build refineries in Iraq.
    We also have brothers in the Ministry of Health who Sataakedon agreements relating to import prescription drugs or in conjunction medical, as we will sign the agreement in the field of educational cooperation, as there is now in India nearly 10 thousand Iraqi students for the purposes of the study, and we want to take advantage and invest the capacity of educational and scientific development of the Great witnessed India .

    This visit will be the fruit of visits that preceded the ministers and officials from India to Iraq, and will develop bilateral commission between the two countries, and will be in Iraq also reception for leaders and officials from India to develop bilateral relations within the atmosphere of attention Iraqi development of its relations with countries with industrial capacity, agricultural, scientific and technological, and keep all areas open according to the desire expressed by the two sides on the development of these relations as soon as possible, and we are in Iraq urge paced and care greatly developed reality of scientific and technological, agricultural and industrial and Ttoiralkhaddmat to contribute to the reconstruction of Iraq, construction and participate in all aspects of service needed by the country, thank you very much ..
