    The parliamentary Finance Committee: "The government's agreement with the leaders of blocs and representatives of the provinces will contribute to achieve convergence of the possibility of passing the budget, otherwise will not approve the budget this year 2018." 

    "The Finance Committee unified the observations of the blocks and was sent to the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, which rejected all those proposals on the grounds that it can not be based on legislation or authorization earlier." 

    "The IMF and the World Bank have informed the government that there are problems arising from operating expenses related to salaries of employees, retirees, incentives and profits, and they are exaggerated and exaggerated figures," he said.

    He added that "the passage of any fiscal year without the adoption of the budget, means not to adopt a final account for that year, and therefore will be disbursement in accordance with the procedures of the law of financial management and public debt by 1/12, and there are no powers of ministers and governors, nor spending units to act according to an annual budget" . 

    The House of Representatives decided to contact the President of the Republic in order to agree on a meeting of the three presidencies on the law of the general budget, provided that the meeting after the end of the work of the Finance Committee parliamentary and presented all views and observations by the parliamentary blocs. C
