     180 days before the government of Abdul-Mahdi to undergo a comprehensive assessment .. And three conditions to implement


     The modern government of Adel Abdul-Mahdi is facing serious difficulties in its first days, most notably the statement of the legal position of the new ministers and their performance, and measuring the promises made by this government. As the political blocs imposed on Abdul Mahdi three conditions should be implemented or will be withdrawn confidence. 
    "The government of Abd al-Mahdi has 180 days before it undergoes a comprehensive assessment of the performance of all ministers and the promises made are measured," an Iraqi official in Baghdad said. 
    The official, who asked not to be named, in an interview with the "new Arab", followed by "Mawazin News," to "the existence of conditions taken on the Prime Minister by some of the blocks before the session of granting confidence to him pending completion by Abdul Mahdi," asserting that "the new Prime Minister Most heads of government may be receptive to the issue of resignation, if he felt that there was a decision to withdraw confidence from him."
    "The existence of the settlement candidate pushed the blocks to besiege the conditions in order to obtain a reward for its support, including the removal of US troops from Iraq next year and support the popular mobilization and its inclusion in arms deals and the allocation of rules of its own like the Iraqi army, Abadi." 
    He stressed that "the blocs agreed with Abdul-Mahdi, that in the event of exceeding the deadline for the implementation of his government will withdraw confidence from him by agreement blocs," noting that "there is no option to Abdul Mahdi, but the commitment to the time specified for him, or he will have to resign before withdrawing Trust him. " 
    The new prime minister does not have any bloc or political party to defend him, as he is the first official to reach power in Iraq in a way of reconciliation between the two Shiite camps. This happened after a major four-month crisis that ended with the election of a compromise candidate among the Shiite factions, Adel Abdul Mahdi.
    For his part, said the leader of the construction coalition, Haider Zubaidi that "the political blocs gave Abdul Mahdi an opportunity to take his role to reform the political process, through his government program, and gave him sufficient time to implement this program." 
    Al-Zubaidi pointed out that "this deadline would be imposed on any prime minister, whether Abdul Mahdi or others, as the intention is to work to serve the people and the public interest." 
    He stressed that "Abdul Mahdi agreed to this deadline, and assume responsibility, and that any defect in the government program, or abandon its implementation, whether in whole or in part would be in violation of the agreement with him.
    Al-Zubaidi explained that "the government program is the responsibility of Abdul Mahdi, and he has to do it in all its details. As political blocs, we will have a responsibility to follow up the implementation of the program in the right way. Trust him and overthrow his Government "
