    Alsumaria News / Baghdad
The US State Department announced that the intelligence services were working to identify the video of the leader of the organization "Daash" Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, pointing out that the battle against the organization is not over.

"We have been briefed on the registration that was published today for al-Baghdadi and our specialists will review this registration and we will go back to the intelligence agents to make sure it is correct," a State Department spokesman told Sky News.

The spokesman pointed out that "a crushing defeat on the ground in Iraq and Syria was a strategic and psychological blow, where he saw the preacher of the so-called Caliphate collapse, and their leaders are killed or fleeing the battlefield."

"The US-led coalition has been defeated and continues to exert pressure in Syria, Iraq and around the world to ensure a permanent defeat for these terrorists and to bring their leaders to the justice they deserve," the State Department spokesman said.

For the first time in five years, al-Baghdadi appeared in a propaganda video published by the extremist organization through its channels on the application of "Telegram".

The date of the video is not clear, but Baghdadi acknowledges the defeat of his organization in the town of El Bagouz in the countryside of Deir El-Zour, when he says at the beginning that "the battle of the Baguz is over."

Baghdadi has incited the militants of the extremist organization, whose military defeats have been repeated over the past two years on "revenge."

Syria's democratic forces took full control of the last pocket of a pro-Ba'ath party in March and defeated it after a week-long battle.

As Iraq announced in December 2017, defeat the terrorists fully advocated, after more than 3 years of bloody battles in western and northern Iraq.

A major military operation was also carried out in the liberation of Raqqa from Da'ash, led by Washington-backed, Syrian-backed militias, with the help of raids by the US-led international coalition.

The last time al-Baghdadi appeared in 2014, after the organization was able to control the vast areas of Iraq and Syria, which was inhabited by 7 million people.

Then al-Baghdadi delivered a sermon at the Nuri Mosque in Mosul, during which he announced his alleged succession, which no longer exists.

The United States has been paying a $ 25 million reward for helping to reach Baghdad's 47-year-old al-Baghdadi, who has been circulating since 2014, with many rumors of his death not confirmed.
