The electricity power plant at the country's stations will reach about 81,000 megawatts after projects are completed this year, Energy and Energy Minister Humayun Haeri said.
"Our electricity exports in the summer season are between 1,700 and 1,800 megawatts, while our imports are 400 megawatts," Haeri said in a statement to the five journalists in the central city of Kashan.
He pointed out that there is an electrical connection between Iran and the countries with which the British border between Iraq and thus the process of export and import list, a process that benefits the parties.
The share of renewable power plants is 700 megawatts in Iran and the hydroelectric covers 7,000 MW and rising to 10,000 megawatts at peak consumption in the summer season.
