Member of the House of Representatives, Ali Al-Bandawi, confirmed today, Saturday, that Parliament will vote on the (St. Lego) law for provincial elections during today's session, while he indicated that many political forces are in favor of this law.

Al-Bandawi said in a press interview, "The provincial elections law (St. Lego) was voted during the previous parliament session on several paragraphs, and the date for completing the paragraphs and the final vote on the law was postponed this evening."

He added, "Today's session will witness the completion of the rest of the paragraphs, and then voting on it in its entirety, which means resolving the provincial elections file and approving it within its fixed date, which was voted on in the previous session."

And the member of the House of Representatives explained that "most of the political blocs supporting this law will be present and strongly during today's session, in order to complete the course and vote on it inside the dome of Parliament."

And the House of Representatives had voted, earlier, on several paragraphs of the St. Lego law for provincial elections, while today, Saturday, set the date for the full vote on the law.
