The head of the Taqaddum Party, Muhammad Rikan Al-Halbousi, confirmed that the Shiites rule according to the principle of “linearity,” while the Sunnis rule according to the principle of “administration.”
Al-Halbousi said in a televised interview followed by Mawazine News, “Most Shiite leaders mix “belief” and “administration,” and this is what cannot be combined with state administration, pointing out that the Sunni culture in government lies in administrative skill, while the Shiites lie in belief.”
He added, "The trespassers on the lands were exempted from their punishment with the term 'sin' after some of them transgressed on the entitlement of other people and state lands, and it is the duty of the law to return all state property, stressing that if these trespassers are left without any accountability, their numbers and transgressions will increase."
He continued, "It is wrong to compare the current regime with the previous regime, pointing out that the current democratic regime has many positives."
