WASHINGTON - Iraq Press - October / October 30: The United States has ordered, consulate staff in Istanbul families to leave Turkey, warning that "extremist groups" seeking to target US citizens.
It was the second warning of its kind in US foreign circulate on its citizens in Turkey within one week, reflecting US concerns about " the increasing threats of terrorist groups."
