    [rtl]Ft cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, on Tuesday, a project to the House of Representatives to reform the electoral law, as called for election monitoring by "neutral countries".[/rtl]

    [rtl]He Msdermtalaa for "Sky Press," that "the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr presented today a project to the House of Representatives to reform the electoral law, through the creation of a new law and to hold inclusive elections in all parts of Iraq."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "al-Sadr project includes election monitoring by neutral states, and a special election ballot in the same election day, vote and displaced communities in Who's the place."[/rtl]
