     He asked the Department of Environment in the province of Babylon converts low aqueous in Alexandria hand, north of Hilla, to the nature reserve. It called upon the relevant authorities to "prevent the phenomenon of poaching rare fish and birds and refer abusers to justice."

    Kazim added that "Iraq 's natural environment , public and private, Babylon is exposed to a lot of abuse on animals, especially birds and fish due to the use of poisons and explosives and Taser guns in the fishing and birds, especially endangered species like carp and brown and Alktan and bird deletion streaky and Warbler cane Basra and Hamraoui and scattered low three provinces (Abu bramble and Abu Nnouna and Algelaoah) in Alexandria hand (55 km north of Babylon). He called flags of Babylon environment director to "prevent this phenomenon by the relevant authorities and to bring abusers to justice , " stressing that "Babylon environment Directorate demanded that converts low to a nature reserve to the presence of rare species of birds in and prevent the poaching phenomenon in this low in order to preserve rare extinction of birds. " 
    the poaching phenomenon in Babylon included fishing illegally as using hunters toxins and electric detonators and explosives for fishing in the Euphrates River Shatt Al - Hillah and rare animals hunting.
